Hours of Operation

We are closed for the six major U.S. holidays:

1. New Year’s Day – January 1
2. Memorial Day – Last Monday in May
3. Independence Day – July 4
4. Labor Day – First Monday in September
5. Thanksgiving Day – Fourth Thursday in November
6. Christmas Day – December 25

Please note:
James Hood MD Private Medicine Lafayette provides prompt, personalized care and direct access six days a week during regular office hours. While membership offers enhanced availability compared to traditional practices, the term “concierge” does not mean 24/7 access or urgent care coverage. For after-hours needs, urgent situations, or emergencies, calls are not answered and patients are advised to seek care at an appropriate urgent care clinic or emergency room.
